What's a blower door?

Your audit will include:

• Baseline energy use evaluation;
• Air leak detection;
• Wall and attic insulation inspection;
• Doors and windows evaluation;
• Lighting inspection;
• Water fixture efficiency evaluation;
• Appliance efficiency evaluation;
• Combustion appliance safety testing;
• Heating system inspection; and
• General building maintenance inspection.

Auditors will work in your home for 2-3 hours to run diagnostic tests and evaluate and inspect your home performance. Then, we’ll send you a detailed report and a list of qualified contractors who can do energy retrofits.
